Access & Authorization
Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. Access to SilkGate’s data intelligence portals is granted on a non-exclusive, revocable basis. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that demonstrate anomalous API patterns or unauthorized scraping of our predictive models.
Model Integrity
While our models utilize advanced ai solutions to forecast market trends, these are probabilistic outputs. Use of our analytics for high-stakes decision-making is at the user's discretion. SilkGate Analytics provides no absolute assurance of predictive accuracy, as external market variables remain fluid.

All content hosted on SilkGateAnalytics.digital, including but not limited to vector graphics, trade dress, proprietary forecasting scripts, and the "SilkGate" trademark, is owned exclusively by SilkGate Analytics. Unauthorized reproduction of our software environments is strictly prohibited.
Users are granted a limited license to view and interact with public-facing data. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our ai solutions or bypass technical security measures will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action within the High Court of Malaya.
Malaysian Compliance & Jurisdictional Authority
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur. We comply strictly with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.
SilkGate Analytics reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our technical discretion.
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Users agree to indemnify and hold SilkGate Analytics harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
